Technology Project Support Officer
£30,720 – £33,7792
Farringdon/Twickenham
12 Month FTC – 37.5 hours per week
A fixed term opportunity has arisen within our Portfolio Management Team.
We are seeking a Project Support Officer to support our Housing Systems Consolidation Project Delivery Team and to carry out a wide range of tasks to support the delivery of project outcomes.
This will include tasks such as, but not limited to:
- Manage and deliver day to day tasks in designated projects
- Coordination of User Acceptance Testing and resourcing
- Keeping track of project developments and producing status updates for stakeholders

Completing a range of administrative activities such as:
- meeting coordination
- minute taking
- developing and cascading project communications
- taking responsibility to maintain key project documents including RAIDD and lessons learned logs
- creating and distributing Reports for Project Board.
The Project Support Officer will have responsibility for various initiatives to support wider departmental objectives and may work across a variety of Projects.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Understanding of, and keen interest in, project delivery
- Proven ability to work on your own initiative to analyse and produce information
- Excellent time management
- Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
- Providing accurate work with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Proven ability to interpret data and provide appropriate insight
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meeting facilitation
- Stakeholder management experience
- A keenness and interest in Technology solutions would be advantageous
