Job description

Wise May are looking for an experienced Team Secretary to join a busy international Insurance business in the City.
You will be a bit part of the secretarial team supporting the Underwriting and Claims team.
Duties include:
  • Prepare, attend and summarise team meetings
  • Assist with reporting and management information
  • Diary management for both teams
  • Creating, booking and coordinating all travel plans
  • Assisting with the arrangements of events
  • Liase with clients
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Meeting and greeting visitors as required
Skills required:
  • Highly motivated.
  • Enthusiastic.
  • Team Player.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
Monday - Friday, 09:30-17:30, hybrid working.
