We are looking for Full Time Team Member/Barista (30hrs/week) to join our team at West Cornwall Pasty Co. - Clapham Junction Station. As a Barista you will work a variety of shifts between 5:00am and 9:30pm. Responsibilities for Team Member/Barista: Demonstrate knowledge of WCP brand products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner Maintain all unit displays in accordance with WCP standards Consistently meet shift/daily average spend, waste and portion control targets Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas Requirements for Team Member/Barista: Due to some responsibilities within this role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and also will need to be able to serve and handle alcohol. Previous experience of working in the same role is preferred.
