ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for Planet People that have a natural ability to deliver service in a way that makes our customers feel at home. They can wow and delight our customers in thoughtful and unexpected ways and help them to discover better.
We believe in supporting and developing our team members from the moment they begin their Planet journey, offering them a selection of training courses that enable them to grow and progress.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that products are accurately picked and carefully packed with the correct labelling
- Work at pace to ensure targets are achieved
- Keep the E-Commerce area clean and tidy
- Help restock packaging materials
- Able to lift and carry boxes
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Excellent customer service skills & willingness to learn
- Passionate about food, health and wellbeing.
- Previous experience in retail/ warehouses preferred but not essential
