Location: Clacket Lane Motorway Services, Junction 5-6, M25, Westerham, Kent, TN16 2ER

Working in a Motorway Service area is a lot of fun. Here at Roadchef we have some of the most famous and popular brands in the UK and each one has something different to offer from McDonald’s, Costa, WHSmith, Spar, Leon, Days Inn, Chozen Noodle to our own catering brands, Fresh food Café and Garden Square Deli.

We're looking for enthusiastic, customer focused people who share our values in delivering exceptional customer service to Britain’s road users.

If you want to be part of the team on either a full time, part time, permanent or seasonal basis, we offer fully flexible hours and shifts that work around you and your busy lifestyle.

Our pay rates are currently £9.75

However, the exciting news is that this rate is due to increase to £11.67 effective from 27th March 2023.

Your working hours will be typically be an 8 hour shift working the shift times of either 6am - 2pm or 2pm to 10pm and some adhoc ones in between.

It would be great if you had your own transport, due to our location.

However, we do offer Free Transport from the following pick up points, (for selected shifts).

Serving customers
Delivering excellent customer service
Operating tills
Ensure all of our products are displayed and available
