EOS in Derby is at the forefront of supplying TEM and repair capability services out to the Rolls-Royce network. This role is part of an established team accountable for all aspects of equipment, implementing improvement initiatives and driving KPI’s to ensure maximum delivery in your cell. What you will be doing
You will Interface with Operations and Manufacturing Engineering (LSE) to deliver a professional engineering service. You will also:
  • Liaise with onsite integrator to ensure inventory reflects operational demands with minimal impact to business
  • Maintain correct competencies and 5s standards to assigned cell.
  • Advocate Health & Safety compliance
  • Support the effective induction of new team members and support cross-training of other team members.

  • Willingness to undertake projects/continuous improvement works in-line with business requirements.
  • Time-served apprenticeship; NVQ level 3 preferred or equivalent experience / qualifications
