What will I be doing?
As part of our supportive team,
you will develop and grow into delivering a great customer service on
reception, within the hotel. Alongside the Night Team Leader and team you
will be a key part of the smooth running of hotel during the night.
Work independently and as part of a team, responsible for consistently performing hotel reception duties and providing informative and accurate advice and guidance for guests
Clean public areas working with the Housekeeping team and as requested by your Manager, including wiping surfaces, vacuuming and dusting
Report any damage, deterioration or items that require technical maintenance to your line manager as early as possible
