Job description
Assistant - Hospitality
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Food preparation and Barista serving
- Maintain cleanliness and when required cleaning prior to events and opening
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Must be over 18 Years old
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
