Makeality is looking for a Digital PR & Content Creator to work across our portfolio of companies, including Piddle Patch (as seen on BBC Dragons’ Den).
In this role, you’ll be leading the marketing efforts of multiple growing brands.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a deep understanding of the full content marketing mix, who is looking for a diverse and dynamic role.
About the role
You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive new business and generate new sales opportunities.
This role will enable you to work across the marketing mix, including content marketing, digital PR, outreach, SEO, strategy, creative, and digital marketing, in order to achieve your objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Writing new website content optimised for organic search, managing keywords, backlinks and the health of the website, and updating through the content management systems.
- Analysing market trends and developing unique and compelling content and selling new stories to journalists.
- Reviewing and responding to press opportunities.
- Managing the newsletter content, template, and design and reporting on email campaigns across lead acquisition, nurturing, retention, and automation.
- Evaluating end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Working with internal and external teams to develop creative campaigns and deliverables.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals.
- Undertaking market research to identify and act upon new marketing opportunities.
- Engaging in outreach and community development activities.
About You
As a candidate you will have:
Strong organizational, planning and project management skills with a proven ability to autonomously manage concurrent projects within a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
High motivation, and be a detail-oriented self-starter who works well independently and is an energetic team-player with a strong focus on creative solutions
Content marketing experience, storytelling skills and work across multiple medium such as digital, social media and print
Demonstrated experience in setting and evaluating key performance indicators, summarizing key learnings and insights and applying all learnings to future initiatives
You have the ability to write and design content in a way that captivates targeted audiences and drives leads & conversions.
As a problem solver, you enjoy digging deeper into data to optimize your strategy and run successful ad campaigns.
