About us
Rose and Grants is a busy daytime cafe open 7 Days. We are a close group of 15 people and we need someone to join our kitchen team.
The candidate must have experience and enjoyment in busy hospitality (with some kitchen prefered) aswell as a passion for food. Full training will be given.
The position is daytime only, with weekend availbilty required (although not every weekend) as we are 7 days.
Starting at £11phour + Tips (usually extra £1.50ph) + full holidays + free food at work and paid breaks.
We are looking for a Kitchen Team Member to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve food and beverages at all guest requests
- Clean and dishwashing duties
- Restock all product in the kitchen, including supplies, equipment, and cooking utensils
- Check in out with guests at the counter or bar to take orders or to inquire about service and/or product
- Help maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and floor
Skills:
Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure, with multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
