Job description
We are a small family run business called The Flying Bean Cafe and we are recruiting for our newest site opening which is located in a large office block near the town centre in Woking.
Shifts start at 7am and finish at 3pm, Monday to Friday only.
As a key part of our team you will be involved in all aspect of our busy operation; serving customers their coffee and breakfast/lunch as well as food preparation and cleaning up.
Responsibilities/skills:
- Experience in working in a small kitchen
- Making barista coffee
- Food preparation
- Excellent communication skills
- Good customer service skills, ensuring we give great service at all times.
- Good health and hygiene
- Time management
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and health and safety
- Checking stock levels
- Ensuring that the food served is consistently of the best quality
Overall, you will be capable of working, front of house, kitchen and coffee, you’ll have experience of working in fast paced environment.
