Hiring for the following position;

Job Title: Crew Member

Minimum requirements:

• A passion for our great tasting food and exceptional service
• Experience working at management level in a branded or independent environment
• A keen eye for detail, never compromising on standards and encouraging others to do the same
• Can think on their feet, respond well to unforeseen circumstances and adapt to the exciting longer term changes offered by a Centurian Business
• Big-hearted and leads by example – inspiring, coaching and developing their team every day
• An intermediate knowledge of sales with willingness to learn and take on extra responsibility

•Good understanding of Health & Safety & Food Safety practices, level 2 food hygiene certified with prior experience dealing with environmental health officers and other council officials
•The maestro of multi-tasking; being organised & understanding how to prioritise tasks efficiently

• You are adaptable & versatile; leading change, finding new & improved ways of working
• Impeccable linguistic skills ability to comprehend a multitude of dialects; having a diverse multicultural understanding whilst delivering a fantastic customer service experience

Salary: £7.50-£12.00 per hour
