Requirements:The right Administrative Team Member candidate will have the following skills:
- Excellent customer service with employees and external contacts
- Ability to use critical thinking to analyze file notes and information gathered through communications to resolve problems
- Use current technology and communication methods to update databases and forward issues to appropriate departments in established workflows
- Assist with applying procedural and regulatory guidelines to address client needs. Interprets and explains procedures when appropriate
- Attentive to details while handling multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Projects a professional company image through in-person, phone, email, or text communications
- Ability to use or learn PC and software programs: Word, Outlook, Teams, Adobe Acrobat, other CRM systems
- Ability to be a team player
- Strong problem identifying and solving skills
- Excellent grammar and editing
- Ability to read, understand and gather information through phone calls while typing.
- Strong grammar and writing skills.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in customer relations support, data entry, document processing, or related areas. Experience working with developmentally disabled clients a plus, but not required.
Must pass a State of Oregon Background check.
Starting wage $22.00 per hour. Eligible for annual merit increases based on performance.
