Report To - Ticketing Manager / Operations Director

Primary Role:

Be a proactive member of the Ticketing team

Welcome customers in an approachable, friendly and helpful manner, representing the SMC (Stadium Management Company) whilst providing a positive customer experience.

To sell tickets and maximise sales opportunities.

Main Duties:

Greet the public in a welcoming and positive manner both in the ticket office and on the telephone.

Respond to all ticketing enquiries via email, telephone, or face to face.

Carry out ticket sale duties using the stadium’s ticketing system on both match and non-match days.

Create stadium tickets for an array of events - ticket types, products, and ticket classifications within the ticketing platform for online and ticket office sales.

Manage the allocation and processing of tickets.

To print and pack customer tickets and membership orders.

Manage the back-office function of the online ticketing platform.

Produce sales reports from the ticketing platform as required by senior management.

At the end of each shift, account for sales and reconcile these with the ticketing system reports.

Capture customer information in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act with particular emphasis on acquiring email addresses wherever possible.

Act as a point of reference for enquiries concerning the activities of the SMC and stadium events.

Operate as a point of contact for all stadium visitors, such as contractors and SMC visitors.

Complete all duties in accordance with SMC policies and procedures, inclusive of health & safety, equality, and code of conduct, whilst also complying with the content of his / her /their contract of employment.

Carry out any other functions reasonably requested by senior management.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Salary: £10.50 per hour

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Salary: £9.00-£10.50 per hour
