We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual for a ‘Team Member 1’ role. You should have the drive and enthusiasm to make a real difference within a key department on site.

The successful applicant will work as part of a dynamic team and be able to perform the various roles required. They must have a ‘can do’ attitude and help maintain the high standards required in food production.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidates' main areas of responsibilities are to:
  • Control and operate a variety of complex processes and equipment to the highest standards of safety and quality
  • Ensure the efficient operation of process equipment whilst carrying out format changeovers and machine set up
  • Achieve the required planned output within product specification
  • Maximise plant efficiency whilst minimising waste
  • Ensure high housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained
  • Support Team Managers with the introduction of any improvement Initiatives
