The successful candidates will be based out of our Sim Racing venue in Dartmouth and will be responsible for
- Greeting and assisting customers as they inquire about simulator rentals or products
- Learning about offerings including simulator rentals or products to help customers
- Managing online and phone sim racing rental bookings and communication with customers
- Learning how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers
- Assisting other team members with transactions when necessary
- Creating an overall welcome and friendly atmosphere to drive customer service excellence to every aspect of the venue including sim lounge bookings and events
- Maintaining a clean space and sanitizing equipment after each use
- Packaging and preparing products for shipment of online orders
Pit Lane Sim Racing is growing to be a well-recognized brand, both in North America and globally. Additional assets that will be considered for advancement opportunity in the future:
- Interest in motorsport and gaming
- PC building
- Team management
- Graphic design
- Interest in or familiarity with Python and/or MATLAB
- Interest in or familiarity with product design/CAD
In order to succeed in this role, candidates will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and provide friendly and courteous service to customers. The successful candidates are also expected to be:

- Reliable and committed
- Comfortable with technology and learning new apps and systems
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 18-30 per week
Salary: $14.50-$17.00 per hour
