Job description

Our company is seeking a General Manager to work directly with our executive staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall company profit and loss and the long-term growth of the company. The position requires several years of managerial experience, and an independent spirit who works well under pressure and who can achieve results using his or her own methods.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess the financial performance of the organisation and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Set broad strategies for the organisation.
  • Lead and motivate people in a variety of situations.
  • Provide leadership to improve operational performance and productivity.
  • Manage, coach and mentor people to improve performance and results.
  • Manage, coach and mentor people to develop their skills.
  • Train, support and coach managers to lead teams effectively.
  • Analyse market conditions and consistently manage the business to perform well in the market.
  • Help develop, motivate and motivate people.
  • Understand and manage human resource processes.
  • Write reports of an administrative nature;.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Schedule:

  • 12 hour shift
  • Holidays

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Food preparation: 1 year (preferred)
  • customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
