We have some fantastic opportunities available to join NERF ACTION EXPERIENCE - Nerf’s UK Family Entertainment Venue and world's only dedicated Nerf Retail store as a Team Member!
Opening in Summer 2023, this brand new attraction will be located in Trafford Palazzo in Manchester. This is a great opportunity to join the company at the very beginning as you will be involved in the launch and opening of the site.
We are looking for exceptional Team Members who can deliver an amazing customer experience. You will be driven by customer satisfaction and success, leading by example from the front forward.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Adhere to the company Health and Safety Policy, Standard Operating Procedure and Emergency Action Plans at all times to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
- Greet and assist all customers entering the different areas of the site. Areas defined as Retail, Experience and Dining.
- Supervise all activity areas ensuring customers adhere to the rules in the Standard Operating Procedure and on display.
- Proactively enforce rules to reduce incidents and accidents from happening.
- Take action and report incidents where customers are deliberately breaking rules, endangering themselves and others.
- Follow scheduled cleaning procedures and clean ‘on the go’ ensuring the park standards are at the highest level.
- Report any problems with equipment to the management immediately.
- Report all incidents and injuries to management immediately following the appropriate Emergency Action Plan.
- Undertake any other duties as deemed necessary to assist in the day to day running of the park.
- Our customers expect an exceptional and enjoyable entertainment experience and it is your job to start their experience off with flying colours.
- Answer all telephone enquiries.
- Process online and ‘walk in’ bookings, handle payments and waivers
- Be responsible for the accuracy of your till
- Assist customers in completing their booking
- Explain the rules and answer any customer queries
- Issue wristbands for the correct sessions
- Monitor and replenish stock as necessary
- Monitor, clean, and organise your workstation, the locker room and dining seating areas as needed.
- Report any problems with equipment to the management immediately
- Implement cleaning procedures on a rotating basis.
Using your prior experience in a Front Facing role, from a background of Retail, Leisure or Food & Beverage you’ll be responsible for enhancing the NerfAX experience to all guests as well as serving within the retail store, creating a safe, secure environment of excellence and fun for guests.

Pay: £8.00 - £10.42
