We are looking for more full & part-time team members to join the fantastic bunch of people making and delivering our Naturaw Pet Food here at Thorp Arch near Wetherby.
Full time role available but we can also be flexible in terms of hours and days worked for the right people; we are a small family company, so a positive attitude with a willingness to help out in many aspects of the business is really important to us; here are the key attributes you will have:
- Flexible attitude to work in warehouse/production atmosphere when needed
- Physical fitness, lifting and carrying of stock
- Attention to detail expected of premium food based business
- Driving licence and own transport
- Also, a love of dogs, friendly persona, willingness to learn and work as an important part of a rapidly growing, friendly and flexible team. As we grow, so do you.
THE ROLE WILL ALSO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Food production operative work
- Distribution picking/packing work in warehouse.
- Pick/Pack orders in walk in freezer.
- Drinking good coffee, eating biscuits and talking about dogs!
ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- Experience of e-commerce, warehouse picking/packing/despatch procedures.
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, assembly line or food production.
- Any experience of hygiene, cleaning & record keeping procedures.
- Experience/training on warehouse equipment, pallet trucks and stackers
- Experience of multi drop delivery driving (electric van experience is an extra bonus)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: From £10.90 per hour
