The Role
We’re really good at what we do, we have clear goals, and our focus is on developing our sales and marketing strategies. As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll be an important part of our success – it’s an exciting time to join us!
In this role, you’ll...
- Lead your own projects and collaborate on cross-functional projects.
- Work with our Marketing Manager to develop our digital marketing strategy.
- Help us maintain a strong online presence, communicating with our global user base and reseller channel.
- Create localised content for different sectors and countries.
- Track, analyse and report on the performance of campaigns, reporting findings and recommendations for improvements.
- Have ownership of the development and execution of our social media content plan, and support events promotion.
Most importantly, you'll have the autonomy to be creative - we want to hear your ideas!
About You
As an important part of our Marketing Team you'll...
- Be creative, inquisitive, and comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Have experience of working in a B2B marketing role.
- Be confident using marketing tools and platforms, specifically marketing automation and tracking.
- Have strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive performance-based decisions.
Hold a marketing degree or professional qualification and have 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing role, with proven success in managing campaigns.
