Restaurant & Bar Team members, Maldron Belfast International Airport
Flexible working hours, including Restaurant & Bar shifts (early and late shifts available and we work hard to provide work life flexibility)
Casual Contract
Our rate of pay is £10.42 per hour.
Objective of the Role
Maldron Belfast International Airport are seeking professional and enthusiastic team members to join our wonderful team. You will work closely with all members of the Food & Beverage team and report in to the Food & Beverage Manager. As a Restaurant & Bar Team member, you will provide a friendly and efficient service to all our hotel guests.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name.
- Be familiar with breakfast and dinner service.
- To assit in other departments as neccessary.
- Ensure a good working knowledge of food and drinks and be able to make recommendations.
- Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
- Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
Requirements:
- Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star hotel property is desired but not essential.
- Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced restaurant bar would be an advantage.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
