Insurance Administrator (Linwood)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Insurance Administrator to join the Finance department based at our Linwood site. This is a full-time, permanent role that is Hybrid working (3 days per week from home).
Reporting to the Insurance Manager, the successful applicant will be the first point of contact for insurance claims management within Enva. Providing support to the business with the administration of various insurance processes. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, hardworking, and professional with a drive to deliver the best possible service. Working to support the continuous improvement within the department.
Key Roles and Responsibilities will include
- Monitoring a shared mailbox
- Reporting claims/Losses to insurers and brokers
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient hand over of information to insurers/loss adjusters
- Monitor ongoing claims and notify business units of necessary accruals/reserves
- Communicate with department heads & Insurance regarding Liability decisions
- Collate and distribute monthly/quarterly claims reports
- Add/Remove vehicles from Motor Insurance Database where necessary
- Code VAT Invoices
- Process Payment requests
- Assist the business in all communication between brokers/insurers/service providers
- Assist in the renewal process of the Group Insurance Programme
- All other Adhoc duties
The right candidate will:
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and organisational skills
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing the ability to build strong working relationships with both internal teams and external customers
- Be computer literate and able to learn new systems to use effectively in accordance with company procedures
- Be able to work to individual and team deadlines
- Be able to work as part of team and on own initiative.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Must have experience working in an office environment
- Intermediate use of Microsoft Operating systems (Outlook, Teams, Excel etc)
- Previous experience in a customer service environment would be desirable but not essential.
Salary and Benefits:
- Earn up to £25,000 per annum
- 37.5 hours per week
- Hybrid Working (3 days at home)
- 26 days and 4 statutory days holiday
