About us
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our Outdoor Maintenance team with the aim oof promoting our services in local communities. As a part of our Outdoor Maintenance team, your role will include delivering superior care for lawns, leaves, and undertaking relevant duties for both individual and corporate clients. The successful candidate will also be responsible for fostering positive relationships with our current clients, ensuring their contentment with our offerings, and supporting the growth of our customer base. The ideal candidate must be currently enrolled in an accredited educational institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake a variety of tasks associated with the upkeep of outdoor green spaces.
- Maintain a positive and pleasant demeanor toward clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through outbound sales techniques
- Administer a special herbal solution to areas with unwanted vegetation
- Ensuring that outdoor pathways and walkways are well maintained and are aesthetically pleasing for our clients
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and schedule services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Upholding adherence to customer instructions with seeking clarification if needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and guidelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15-40 per week
Salary: $15.50-$17.50 per hour
