Crew Member – LaserZone Laser Tag Venue

Location: Brighton
Salary: £6.08 - £10.42 per hour
Term/Type: Part-Time, permanent

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Crew Member, to join the team at our Brighton laser tag venue situated in the heart of the city.

We’d love to work with someone who is passionate about people, customer focussed and diligent in safety and day-to-day tasks/procedures. The successful candidate will need to be a conscientious people-person, with a genuinely positive attitude.

Overview

Crew Members are required to coordinate, schedule, monitor and operate the laser game experience to provide a fun, safe, entertaining experience that exceeds customer expectations. You will need to show enthusiasm and have a good work ethic.

  • Confident and authoritative with the ability to deal with children, parents, general public and other staff
  • Flexible attitude to working requirements to meet the needs of LaserZone, both in shift patterns and in the varying needs of the business

The business operates Monday to Sunday and any prospective candidate must be available to work evenings and weekends. There may be an element of flexibility to shifts which can be discussed following successful application.

This role requires that employees must be able to recognise and deal with emergency situations, including staying calm under pressure. They must be able to work with flashing lights eg. strobe lighting, artificial smoke, a labyrinth/maze like environment, steep gradient ramps and walkways, low level lighting and recognise various alerts and alarms.
