Our mission is to elevate and enhance customer experience, that is why we believe that by creating a seamless operation will not only help productivity in the airport but also ensure customers feel relaxed and ready for their trip!We are seeking enthusiastic candidates who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy the hustle and bustle of airports.This job role requires you to help organise the airport check-in queuing system, welcome passengers, provide information and wayfinding assistance and potential support with security search preparation. Those successful will be proactive, have an excellent attitude towards the customers and work well under pressure.You will be trained to-Know the layout of the terminal and how to best advise guests.Correctly set up the check-in zones.Ensure the queues are clearly defined and organised to avoid any obstruction to the flow of other passengers in the terminal.Making sure the queue does not block any emergency exits.Support the security team by preparing passengers for security search (asking them to remove their liquids, gels & creams, laptops, shoes and belts)Being a friendly face to keep customers informed.What we expect from you-Although you will work independently, you will have peers who are also committed to the job role. You will be in an inclusive team with a supervisor for support.Engaging with passengers in a friendly manner, not to just direct them, but to ensure they feel welcome and well looked after.Whilst our aim is to ensure everything runs smoothly, unforeseen situations may occur where you may be faced with passengers who may be upset or irritated, for example if they have been waiting in the queue longer than anticipated. We expect our Passenger Experience Team to greet them with a smile and assure them in a professional and calm manner, diffusing any situation.We are currently seeking candidates looking for part time hours.Location: All Heathrow Airport TerminalsShifts: AM- 04:30-14:00 and PM-13:30-23:00 (we expect candidates to be flexible for the provided shift availabilities).Training: If your application is successful, you will be required to attend our onsite training session which will be held before the live date.Uniform: Branded polo shirts will be provided; you must wear your own smart black trousers and black shoes.Please note: we will be required to conduct background checks on you, this will involve 5yr employment history, DBS check and you will be expected to attend a security interview and complete a General Security Awareness Training (GSAT).The Ethos Difference:At Ethos Farm, we take pride in the fact that we are continuously making a difference.
