Evening and weekend positions available. In order to progress in the recruitment process please do not apply for this role unless you are available every weekend and most nights throughout the week.

This is permanent role that requires candidates being available to work during school holiday, unfortunately we will not considering any students that regularly go back home over the holidays.

Kaspas is an Italian Gelato Ice Cream parlor serving Waffles, Crepes, Milkshakes, Cookie Dough, coffee, smoothies and amazing Gelato Ice Cream.

We are looking for fantastic full time and part time team members with a bursting personality who can bring fun to a workplace as well as provide excellent customer service

.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Kaspas
  • Be warm, friendly and entertaining whilst customers are waiting to be seated, Ability to think on their feet and use their initiative.
  • Ability to Cope under pressure

  • Provide outstanding customer service and be able to anticipate customer’s needs and expectations.
  • Maintaining high hygiene standards as well as being able to demonstrate food preparation skills.
  • Provides quality desserts and beverages, consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.

The right candidate must ideally:

  • Live locally due to late closing times (shifts can finish at 11pm)
  • Be dedicated to exceptional customer service
  • Hard working and dedicated
  • Be able to use own initiative
  • Be prepared to work weekdays, weekends, evenings on a rota based system.
  • Be willing to work overtime as/when needed.

  • customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
  • food preparation & handling: 1 year (preferred)

  • Night shift (required)
