About Immersive Gamebox:
Immersive Gamebox is on a mission to bring people together through shared play, making screen time social again. We’ve created an immersive team challenge, which takes place in interactive Gameboxes, where players work together to win. The Gameboxes feature a range of technologies including projection mapping, touch screens, motion tracking and surround sound to deliver a fun and immersive experience with no need for headsets.
We launched at the end of 2019 in London, and the results from our first Three in Waterloo, Manchester and in Lakeside, have been fantastic. People of all ages have loved the experience. And we are currently expanding across the US at a rapid pace.

The Job:
As a team member at Immersive Gamebox, you are the face of the business and its values. You know that every person you interact with is just as important as the next. You thrive on building relationships with visitors and exceeding their expectations ensuring visitor satisfaction is delivered to the highest standards.
You’ll be working on:
- Welcome all visitors to the space.
- Host and monitor teams through their experience.
- Ensure areas are clean and presentable.
- Keep up to date with bookings and queries.
- Maintain the equipment and technology.
- Answer visitor enquiries and promote the experience to passers-by.
- Communicate and cooperate with other venue staff and the wider IGB team.
- Follow Health & Safety procedures. Including Covid-19 protocols.
Must Have Characteristics
- Organized with a great eye for detail
- Confident with computer and tablet technology
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep calm under pressure
- A team player who’s just as comfortable working with others as they are independently
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and experience

Hours based on your availability! Can range between 6 to 30 hours a week!
