H.H. Dobbins & Sons is looking for Farm Team Members who love farming as much as we do. We are hiring for our fruit farms located in Lyndonville, Knowlesville and Lockport, NY, with a Flexible schedule for full time, part time, and/or seasonal position.
You will be required to self-direct while working independently at these farm locations. We are looking for good communicators who can contribute to a team setting with as many as 40 people. You may be asked to take on supervisory responsibilities so good leadership skills is a must.
This position requires you to be proactive about equipment care and maintenance to reduce machinery breakdowns. Critical thinking and problem solving as equipment breakdowns occur.
Pesticide handling for Spring and early Summer so you will need to be willing and able to obtain a NYS pesticide applicator license. The ability to lift 50lbs is required.
