Green and Clean Home Solutions is currently seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Crew Members for the summer season. If you're looking for a full-time hourly summer job, working outdoors, and gaining valuable experience, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Completing home maintenance and improvement projects, including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, painting, and staining.
- Providing exceptional customer service to our high-profile clients and their networks.
- Working closely with team members to ensure project efficiency and satisfaction.
- Adhering to safety protocols when working with ladders and at heights.

Requirements:
- Window cleaning or painting experience is not required, but a higher starting salary is provided if your experience aligns with our interests.
- Comfortable working with ladders and heights.
- Ability to carry and move ladders.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
- Team-oriented mindset.
We are also hiring for two other positions including a mini crew leader. If you have access to a full time vehicle, we will consider you automatically for a crew leader position. This position requires a higher level of responsibility and develops and builds on leadership ability and skills.
