Job Overview
As the educational program lead for projects, works with tutors, schools, teams members to establish support levels, strategy, and operational educational programs for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Designs and implements methods of assessing the performance of students;
- Undertakes the evaluation of assessments and marks based upon performance;
- Communicates and works with schools, universities closely to help clients achieve their goals;
- Serve exisiting clients and manage client relationship;
- Expands new client channels and closes new deals;
- Provides private academic, vocational and other instructions to individuals or groups;
- Update the current curriculum after a certain period to ensure that students are technologically current;
- Carry out tests to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum and ensure that program objectives are being met;
Abilities/Skills/Knowledge
- Relevant degrees or the equivalent
- The ability to work as part of a team;
- Interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills;
- Problem-solving and strategic planning ability;
- Analytical skills;
- Flexibility;
- The ability to cope with pressure and challenges;
- Relevant experience in a similar advisory role, preferably in an educational system
- Ability to communicate in mandarin is a plus

Salary: From £24,000.00 per year
