Job Type / Category

Working as part of the Flipout team as a Team Member, you will be working on the following departments:

• Front of House
• Safety Marshal
• Food and Beverage

Your duties will include:

• Being our guests first port of call; meeting and greeting them as they arrive and leave the venue
• Ensuring good product knowledge
• to support our customers with queries
• Keeping the reception area clean, tidy and amply stocked
• Issuing customers with Flip Out socks and wristbands prior to their sessions.
• Ensuring all customers have completed and understood the required health and safety waivers and watched the safety briefing video
• Utilise your knowledge of our products to up-sell to our guests
• Ensuring our high service standards are maintained; thus ensuring a consistent and excellent experience for all our guests
• Prepping and serving food
• Monitoring the courts
