Job Type / Category
Working as part of the Flipout team as a Team Member, you will be working on the following departments:
- Front of House
- Safety Marshal
- Food and Beverage
Your duties will include:
- Being our guests first port of call; meeting and greeting them as they arrive and leave the venue
- Ensuring good product knowledge
- to support our customers with queries
- Keeping the reception area clean, tidy and amply stocked
- Issuing customers with Flip Out socks and wristbands prior to their sessions.
- Ensuring all customers have completed and understood the required health and safety waivers and watched the safety briefing video
- Utilise your knowledge of our products to up-sell to our guests
- Ensuring our high service standards are maintained; thus ensuring a consistent and excellent experience for all our guests
- Prepping and serving food
- Monitoring the courts
