Job description
The Lord Grenfell has become the destination pub in Maidenhead and with one of our managers leaving for greener pastures we are now looking for a strong assistant manager to strengthen our already very capable team.

A lively, bubbly personality is a must!
A keen eye for detail and the ability to lead from the front will also be needed and the right candidate will have the drive to progress within the industry.
This is a position with huge opportunity to progress within a growing company to learn and develop yourself and prove you can teach and progress the rest of the team to the same standards that are set to you.
Work patterns vary from lunch shifts to evening shifts with the occasional double thrown in. Weekends are a must. General weeks consist of 40-48 hours.
