As a customer team member, you’ll provide friendly, thoughtful service, and be on hand to support customers whenever they need your help. You’ll also make sure targets are reached and work to increase brand exposure, through maximising the number of customers you speak to daily. Be prepared for each day to be different!

Team Member Responsibilities:
- Executing all tasks assigned by the team leader or manager diligently, on schedule, and to the highest standard.
- Working with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Participating in meetings and voicing concerns as well as suggestions for improvement.
- Answering or escalating concerns and queries from clients or other stakeholders.
- Completing a range of administrative tasks.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism while representing the company.
- Expanding your skills by attending workshops and training sessions.
- Effectively managing your time by prioritising urgent tasks.
- Assisting the manager or learn Leader as required.
Team Member Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- A relevant degree or associate’s degree may be required.
- Previous experience working in a team would be advantageous.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Ability to remain professional at all times.
Please note that this role is specifically based in Stockport.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £11.01-£12.00 per hour
