The Fence Gate Inn is looking for our next Front of House superstar!
This full time role is based on the floor in our 1 AA Rosette Brasserie, where our ethos is all about good, hearty & wholesome dishes, and a big warm welcome. This Award Winning, independent, family run business has stood strong for 40 years, with an exceptional reputation for excellent food and service to match. You will be waiting on, making drinks, chatting to our lovely guests, and running food, as well as all our "behind the scenes" duties.
We also have a thriving wedding & events side to our venue, where the right candidate can extend their knowledge and skills with the company going forwards.
What are we looking for?
- A cheerful, friendly person with a "can do" attitude
- Either experience waiting on, in events, or a keen interest in food & drink
- Good communication skills, in order to speak with our guests
- Flexibility to cover all shift patterns across afternoons, evenings and weekends
