Job Title: Team Member

Location: 577 Moseley Rd, Balsall Heath, Birmingham B12 9BS

Job Purpose: To deliver exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality food products to Crispino customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take their orders accurately
• Prepare and cook food items such as chicken, fries, and sides according to Crispino recipes and standards
• Ensure food quality and presentation by following proper plating techniques and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and kitchen area
• Adhere to food safety procedures and regulations at all times
• Cash handling and customer service skills
• Other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math and computer skills
• Previous experience in fast food, preferably KFC
