The job itself
We are looking for two dynamic and motivated individuals who have excellent communication and I.T skills, enjoy speaking with the public on the telephone, and possess a great telephone manner.
You will be the first point of contact for the public on the telephone, answering enquiries relating to all council services. This will be by telephone but may also include other access channels such as email, and web chat.
This is a challenging and demanding role, and previous telephone contact centre experience would be advantageous, however full training will be given.
Some flexibility is required to work a rota to support the customer service network.
You should also have good interpersonal skills, work well within a team, and assist residents by providing a high quality and cost-effective service.

Hours per week: 21 and 16 hours
