The cinema is a complexity 3 site with 10 screens, 6 with 3D capability and 3 with conferencing facilities. The full management team consists of a General Manager, 2 Cinema Managers & 5 Team Leaders.

Cineworld Gloucester Quays is a busy cinema situated at the hub of the new dining and leisure quarter of Gloucester Quays Outlet Centre which is the place to be in Gloucester at the heart of the recently regenerated Gloucester Docks. Having opened in December 2013 the cinema is surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops and provides a lively and exciting environment in which to work.

Team Member

As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for making sure every customer has an unrivalled cinema experience. You’ll be out there as the face of Cineworld, meeting, greeting and providing a superior standard of service to our customers in the various offer areas. Whether selling tickets, selling freshly prepared popcorn or showing people to their seats, you and your team mates will ensure everyone has a great time in a safe and clean environment.

• Cash Handling
• Food Handling (Including Stock Replenishment)
• Cleaning
• Heavy Lifting
• Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations
• Increasing Sales
• Maintaining Standards
• Following Policies and Procedures
• Dealing Face to Face with large Groups of People
