Job description
CHIX is a growing favourite in the Edinburgh food scene opening our second location in the brand new Edinburgh Street Food Market Located inside the Omni Centre in the heart of Edinburgh. We are serving up a selection of fried chicken and a range of gourmet dips.
With a background in some of the country’s top restaurants, we aim to apply the core principles of fine dining to fast food. Quality, consistency, attention to detail, love & passion.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who will take pride in producing great quality food and are happy to work with the chef's and owners to ensure consistently high standards by adhering to the company specifications and procedures. All staff members will be cross-trained to be able to cover all roles within the kitchen, from cooking and preparing the food to serving and taking orders from customers.

Previous experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
Your role within our team:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the food service and preparation within the kitchen
- .Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment at all times
- Cooking our menu to our exacting standards, every time to ensure consistently excellent customer experiences
- Engaging with customers, taking their food orders and informing them of the product and menu
