Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company (CMBC) is one of the leading, historic brewers in the UK. Formed out of a joint venture between Carlsberg UK and Marston’s PLC, we combine over 300 years of shared values, history, and heritage in UK brewing.

We are now recruiting for multiple Production Team Members to join us. Reporting to the Shift Manager, this role will work as part of our highly motivated and skilled production team, producing beer to the highest level of quality, conformance, and within budget.
Key Accountabilities:

  • Prioritise health and safety in all aspects of work
  • Maintain a customer driven work style
  • Ensure that all production targets are met
  • Quickly and accurately assess and diagnose any machinery problems that arise
  • Analysis and problem solving surrounding high-speed manufacturing equipment
  • Develop and embed standardised ways of working across multiple teams to deliver world class operational standards.

Experience and Key Attributes required:

  • Flexible working with both hours and approach to duties
  • Previous manufacturing, technical and / or engineering experience is required
  • Filler operator experience is preferred
  • Aptitude for problem solving with a focus on continuous improvement in the work environment
  • Lean Tool and Techniques would be an advantage, with a focus of 5s, SMED and autonomous maintenance practices
  • Excellent communication skills are a must
  • Previous experience in an FMCG environment
