Position: Booster Juice Team Member
Qualifications: Valid FoodSafe Level 1Certificate, Customer Service Experience
Location: Campbell River Merecroft Village Plaza
Start Date: June 2023 (Full Time as of September 1, 2023)
Weekly Hours: about 25-30 hrs/week, mostly mornings and midday shifts (some evening and weekend shifts during the summertime).
It will be a very flexible training schedule over the summer months.
Starting September 1, 2023 this will become a FULL TIME 35-40 hours/week schedule for a regular shift pattern Mon-Fri 7AM-3:30pm.
Overview
We are looking for a friendly, reliable individual, who is efficient and able to multitask while giving great customer service, and who thrives in an often-busy environment. Team Members should be willing to take on and learn new tasks on an ongoing basis. Knowledge about the Booster Juice Concept, its products and procedures will be communicated via an online training program prior to the first shift at our store. Hands on training will be provided afterwards in store. Cleaning duties of equipment and store are also involved in this job. There is a great possibility to move up to Shift Supervisor within our team in the fall of 2023.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation and serving of all food and beverages within the store, adhering to corporate standards
- Expected to demonstrate menu, recipe and general product knowledge, as per corporate standards
- Friendly and outgoing customer service is a must
- Learns recipes for core products quickly
- Able to handle coupons, gift cards and till transactions accurately
- Fulfilling phone, 3rd party delivery and mobile-orders precisely and efficiently (school lunch orders will resume in September)
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area and performing daily, weekly and monthly equipment cleaning and sanitation tasks.
- Store closing duties
A Booster Juice Team Member covers a wide variety of responsibilities in the daily operations of the store. The ability to work within a team and as an individual is important.
