TEAM MEMBER Badiani is an Italian brand with Gelateria's in the UK, Italy and Spain! We were founded in 1932 and entered the UK market in 2016. We are a fast growing business and entering more exciting markets in 2023 whilst growing our E-commerce and B2B platforms. What you will be doing: Creating a positive customer experience in our stores, whilst working within a team to achieve store targets Key responsibilities include: Preparing gelato scoops and other treats whilst creating a friendly, energetic atmosphere for customers Organising stock and maintaining store appearance Communicating with team members and working as a team Providing efficient, friendly and excellent customer service Prepare outdoors correctly and within company guidelines Cash handling Follow all policies, procedures and guidelines regarding health and safety Preparing teas and coffees General cleaning in store Complying with health and safety procedures Benefits: £12 daily allowance for food and beverage 28 days annual leave competitive salary 50% product discount Uniform provided Perkbox - amazing discounts on tech, restaurants, high street stores and more!
