We are looking for a Maintenance Team Member at Ibis Edinburgh South Bridge Hotel.
Ibis Edinburgh South Bridge is a beautifully designed contemporary and exciting hotel in a vibrant area of Edinburgh, whether you are staying for business or pleasure. Located just minutes away from the City of Edinburgh.
What will you be doing?
· Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
· Supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
· Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
· Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
· Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)
· Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
Work Experience
· Proven experience as maintenance team member or similar role
· Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating etc.)
· Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulation
· Excellent planning and leadership abilities
· An eye for detail

Salary: £11.50-£11.51 per hour
