Job description
We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team reporting to the Maintenance Manager.
Is service minded
Actively contributes to guests' comfort
Carries out occasional repair work as required, following specifications and handles any unexpected problems
Prevents problems from occurring in the hotel's technical installations
Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Maintenance Manager.
Follows the preventive maintenance programme
Applies water hygiene procedures
Is in contact will all hotel departments
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work Respond to maintenance requests from guests and management in a timely manner Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Experience in maintenance or related field - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
