Responsibilities & Benefits
- Investigation and assessment, following referrals to the service.
- Report Writing
- Working With PLO (Public Law Outline)
- Attending Child Protection meetings, Case Conferences and LAC reviews.
- Utilise Children in Need plans to work directly with Children
- Section 47s
- Flexible Working, TOIL (time off in lieu if working beyond your 37 hours)
- Travel benefits (mileage paid)
- We aim for caseloads to be between 15 and 22.
Essential Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
- At least 1+ years experience as a social worker within childrens services
- Social Work England Registration
- Driving license and access to own vehicle
