Shift times: 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm
What you'll be doing:
The role will support all operations within the Milton Point site and will be instrumental in the growth & development of our B2B & B2C business through efficient distribution processes, stock procurement and management & the development of our new and donated eCommerce business.
Managing both staff, trainees & volunteers you will lead and empower to deliver high levels of quality and customer service while offering support, direction & inspiration when needed. In conjunction with your Manager you will play a pivotal role in the management of product supply, storage, inventory systems, sales & returns within a large warehouse environment. You will work to develop a strong sense of teamwork across all departments & with strong leadership & high levels of motivation deliver against objectives and KPI’s set. You will support in the development of both our people & the business & ensure teams are fully trained, communicated to & supported. You will ensure all shifts are covered.
