Duties and Responsibilities:
To create an environment in which Partners deliver business objectives, demonstrate the responsibilities of co-ownership and achieve personal fulfilment. To operate as part of a wider branch management team and contribute to the leadership and success of the branch. As you will be working closely across a wide range of Partners you will have strong stakeholder management skills and be confident in providing and questioning information. You will have experience of developing individual team members, working with them on their development plan and managing any performance issues.
