We have a great opportunity within The Richmond Fellowship Scotland for a Team Manager to join our dynamic management team in Inverclyde!
This Team Manager role will cover services in Greenock. As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for creating effective relationships with stakeholders, as well as ensuring TRFS is effectively represented within key partnership forums. You will contribute to the strategic development and management of existing services, ensuring they meet and exceed regulatory requirements, while assisting the Area Manager to develop and implement strategic planning in line with the programme of continual development in both practice and policy.
Previous experience in management within a care setting and supporting individuals with a wide range of support needs is essential. Your strongest skills need to be in leading a team of Senior Support Workers and staff teams, focusing on measurable quality outcomes for the staff teams as well as the individuals supported.
We have an office base in the area, but home-based working is also an option for this post. A driving licence and access to a car would be desirable
You will be required to have a relevant qualification for the post as defined by the SSSC - an SVQ level 4 in Care / Management.
