About the role
This rewarding role will be based in our West Drayton branch and encompasses team development to support delivery of our sales strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting the retail regional manager to define retail store targets
Managing the cost base of the retail store in line with agreed expenditure targets
Taking accountability for the health and safety, security and maintenance of the store
Developing and ensuring excellent relationships with the regional and local branch team
Accountability for the execution of Retail Store sales and marketing activity plan
Being involved in area management meetings
Participating and travel to training events and other business activities
Accountability for BSI/Internal audit compliance
About you
The ideal Safety Store Manager will be/have:

A commercial and entrepreneurial style
Commercial & Strategic Delivery
Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
Operational, Health & Safety Compliance
A proven track record of creating high performing teams through leadership, coaching and development.
