An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right person to lead and shape a driven and motivated multi disciplinary team in the delivery of evidence based treatment for working age adults who have moderate to severe affective and psychotic disorders. The teams offer support in a number of ways, drawing from the expertise of such a variety of disciplines.
As the team manager you will oversee a proactively supportive environment that values staff wellbeing, supervision and professional development You will be actively involved in service development - we want to hear your ideas as we always seek to improve our service offer.
You will support clinicians in managing and treating caseloads of diverse service users, sharing and role modelling your clinical skills to help other with their development.
You will ensure that recovery principles remain embedded in the work of the team.
You will manage staff resource and have budget responsibility. You will be well supported in role with regular supervision and opportunity for professional development and leadership training.
