A car is also provided or 2500 allowance as well as 1,500 CPD allowance with three days CPD leave and in-house CPD training, 5 weeks annual leave plus bank
Act as a point of technical escalation for junior staff and customers, ensuring that incidents are fully managed through to resolution.
Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution. Shift Patterns: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off.
